North Carolina redshirt sophomore offensive tackle R.J. Prince will face misdemeanor charges after being cited for marijuana possession up to half an ounce, according to Orange County court records. He will appear in court on Oct. 27.
He has already served his punishment and has been reinstated on the team, according to a UNC team spokesman.
Prince redshirted in 2013 after enrolling in January, and he played in eight games in the 2014 season.
