UPDATE, 3:14 p.m.: Emergency responders are mostly leaving the scene at 150 E. Rosemary St.
Emergency officials are responding to a car on fire in the 150 E. Rosemary St. parking deck right across from The Daily Tar Heel office, a police officer on the scene confirmed at 2:40 p.m.
A loud boom was heard by bystanders, followed by smoke coming from the parking deck. Emergency responders are on the scene.
