For North Carolina fans, Christmas came a few days early this year.
Duke men’s basketball indefinitely suspended Grayson Allen on Thursday after he received a technical foul for tripping Elon guard Steven Santa Ana during Wednesday night’s game.
The situation was Allen’s third incident of tripping an opponent since last February. The first involved Louisville’s Ray Spalding on Feb. 9. The second was Xavier Rathan-Mayes from Florida State on Feb. 26.
The length of Allen’s suspension has not been decided, Coach Mike Krzyzewski said.
