UPDATE (2:00 p.m. Sunday): Joe for SBP has filed an appeal with the UNC Supreme Court. He said they are hoping to have a decision rendered this week.
Nail said his campaign is denying all charges filed against them except for one. They are admitting that some emails were accidentally sent out too soon.
Joe Nail has been disqualified as a candidate for student body president.
The UNC Board of Elections found Nail guilty of two false starts, two technology violations and one falsification.
A complaint against the Joe for SBP Campaign was filed by Katharine Shriver, the chairperson of the Ethics Committee, on Jan. 30.
