The Orange County Board of Elections will begin the instant run-off vote second round count today for the Court of Appeals contest.
The second round count and meeting will be held at the Board of Elections office located at 208 S. Cameron St. in Hillsborough and are open to the public.
The Board of Elections will meet Dec. 7 at 11 a.m. to canvass the second round count.
