The Tar Heels were off last weekend after sweeping the UNC Challenge at Finley Field on Sept. 30.
The women are competing in the NCAA Preview at Iowa State. Race time is 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. UNC will face stiff competition, as 16 of the top-25 ranked schools will be in attendance.
Some of the teams include Stanford (No. 1), Colorado (2), BYU (3) Kansas State (5) and local rivals N.C. State (8) and Duke (23).
The men stay a little closer to home and travel to Western Carolina for the North Carolina Intercollegiate Championship.
The Tar Heels will match up with N.C. State (13) and the Duke Team B. The race kicks off at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday.
UNC Takes On Alumni Team
North Carolina's men's lacrosse team plays its final exhibition of the fall season against the Alumni Team today at Henry Stadium at 8 p.m.
The game will mark the Chapel Hill coaching debut of new UNC head men's lacrosse coach John Haus, a 1983 UNC graduate. Haus was named the Tar Heels' coach in June after spending the past two years at the helm of Johns Hopkins' lacrosse team.
The Alumni Game will be the final public exhibition of the fall season. It will be open to the public. There is no admission charge.
