UNC's 7-5 win against then-No. 4 Virginia last Saturday propelled the Tar Heels up to 14th in this week's ranking.

The women, who play No. 12 James Madison at Fetzer Field at 5 p.m. today, remain ranked No. 6 in this week's Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association poll, released late Monday. The Tar Heels are ranked sixth this week despite losing 15-9 at home to No. 5 Georgetown on Saturday.
