6:30 p.m. -- The Carolina Photography Association will hold a general interest meeting in 101 Greenlaw Hall. The club offers students darkroom access, photography workshops and more.

Dues this year will be $3 per semester and $5 for the year.

4 p.m. -- Interested in teaching? Want to know more about the new major in information science?

Come to an information session by Academic Advising Programs today in 104 Peabody Hall for education or 209 Manning Hall.

7 p.m. -- Students United for a Responsible Global Environment, Campaign to End the Cycle of Violence and the Progressive Faculty Network are hosting "Alternatives to War on Iraq: A Teach-In" in 209 Manning Hall.

7:30 p.m. -- The Di-Phi Societies will debate "Who is the best literary hero?" on the top floor of New West.
