Samuel Ferebee appeared in Orange County District Court in Hillsborough on Monday to face a trespassing charge stemming from a July 2001 incident at UNC. The charges were continued until Jan. 6, 2003.
On May 2, 2001, an Orange County District Court judge banned Ferebee from visiting UNC for two years.
Ferebee also has been told to stay away from N.C. State University, Duke University and property belonging to Orange County and the Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Department.
