Public library to launch new Constitution-reading group
Due to recent national events, the Friends of the Chapel Hill Public Library is preparing to launch a new reading group.
Titled "Reading the Constitution," the group's mission is to provide participants with a better understanding of the U.S. Constitution.
William P. Murphy and Daniel H. Pollitt, retired faculty members from the UNC School of Law and constitution scholars, will be leading the discussions.
The first meeting of the group will be at 10 a.m. Jan. 21 in the library's meeting room.
