An incident of breaking and entering was reported Saturday at Greenwood Road residence, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Reports state that a garden tiller, a lawn mower, a chain saw, a weed eater, a leaf blower and a bicycle, valued a total of $1,850, were stolen.
According to the report, the locks on the building were cut.
A UNC student was arrested at about 4 a.m. Sunday on charges of speeding and driving while impaired, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Reports state that Jeffrey Kevin Moore II, 21, of 316 W. Rosemary St. Apt. 311 was stopped at 1506 E. Franklin St. for speeding.
According to reports, he was taken to the Chapel Hill Police Department where he registered .21 on an Intoxylizer test.
Reports state that Moore was taken before the magistrate and released on a written promise to appear in court May 2.
A man was arrested early Friday on charges of damage to real property, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Reports state that Juan Ponce Gutierrez, 32, of 501 Jones Ferry Road was arrested at the corner of Franklin and Church streets for charges relating to breaking a window at Pantana Bobs at 300 W. Rosemary St.
Reports state that Gutierrez, who was armed with a blunt object at the time of his arrest, was taken to the Chapel Hill Police Department, processed, taken before the magistrate and transported to the Orange County Jail on a $500 secured bond.
According to reports, damage to the window was estimated at $900.
Gutierrez is scheduled to appear in court May 22, reports state.
Twenty-four coffee mugs were found missing from the Carolina Club on March 20, according to University police reports.
According to reports, the mugs were left in a case after a luncheon March 13 and later were discovered to be missing.
The mugs were property of the Administrative Office Building and worth $115, reports state.
A vehicle belonging to a Charlotte resident was vandalized Friday, according to University police reports.
A man reported that the vehicle had been parked by the Rainbow soccer field for several days, and he noticed that the windows had been broken into sometime between Thursday and Friday, reports state.
A stick was found near the left rear tire, and it is suspected to be the object used to strike the windows.
Officers were unable to locate the owner of the vehicle.
The vehicle was towed to the University compound, police reports state.
