An incident of robbery and breaking and entering was reported Saturday on Sykes Street, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state an unknown subject with a handgun robbed a 44-year-old man, taking an unspecified amount of cash.

A woman arrested Saturday during a traffic stop on Caldwell Street near Columbia Street was found to have outstanding probation violations, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state Charsina Indiann Milligan, 22, was the passenger in a stopped car. She consented to having her purse searched, and police found .9 grams of marijuana in her purse, reports state. Officers then checked her name for outstanding warrants and found that Milligan was wanted for three felony probation violations in Alamance County. She was arrested on charges of violating her probation and possession of a schedule VI drug, reports state. She was taken to the Orange County Jail on a $15,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court June 5. The driver of the car, 28-year-old Palmer Qunitan Leon Clark, was cited and released for an insurance violation, reports state. He is scheduled to appear in court June 6.

An automobile was reported stolen at 7:35 a.m. Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state that a 2001 teal Mazda Protege valued at $8,000 was taken from the home of the victim on Longview Street.

A man was arrested Friday on charges of driving while impaired, having an open alcoholic beverage and hit-and-run, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state Derek Jan Jager, 29, of 6415 Heartwood Drive, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Perkins Road. Reports state he was transported to the Orange County Jail on a $200 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court May 23.

A Durham man was arrested Saturday morning on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell and deliver, according to University police reports. An officer found "seven individually wrapped plastic bags of green vegetable matter" in Mark Edward Romero's vehicle, reports state. Romero, 31, was transported to the Chapel Hill Police Department, where he was brought before a magistrate and gave a written promise to appear in court, according to reports.
