  • An incident of aggravated assault with sexual motives was reported at 2:19 a.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state a woman was assaulted behind a building at 125 W. Rosemary St. The incident is under further investigation.
  • Two pedestrians were struck by a car early Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state a man and a woman were walking north on Church Street and a vehicle was heading east on Rosemary Street. According to the report, the pedestrians ran out in front of the vehicle while it had the right of way. The woman landed 10 feet away from the point of impact and the man landed at the point of impact, reports state. According to reports, an officer was unable to obtain identification or information from the male pedestrian because of "the level of his impairment." No charges have been filed.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 10:48 p.m. Friday outside of the Navy ROTC building, according to University police reports. The cable on the bicycle lock was cut, and the bicycle was stolen, reports state. The Schwinn bicycle was worth an estimated $130.
  • UNC junior Bo Hu, 21, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia about 4 a.m. Sunday, according to University police reports. Police found Hu in the arboretum with marijuana and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia, reports state.
  • Three incidents of larceny were reported at 12:30 p.m. Friday, according to University police reports. The incidents took place at the UNC School of Nursing, located in Carrington Hall. Three people reportedly had a total of $126 stolen from their wallets while they were away from the office building, reports state.
