In the spirit of competition we also keep track of our correct and incorrect picks to see who is the most accurate college football predicter.

SportSaturday Editor Mike Ehrlich went a perfect 8-0 last week correctly picking Missouri and the ECU upset. Former Sports Editor David Ely and SportSaturday assistant David Reynolds were close behind at 7-1 while current Sports Editor Rachel Ullrich brought up the rear with a 4-4 week.

This week of games is highlighted by a top-10 showdown. No. 6 LSU visits 10th-ranked Auburn in the national spotlight.

State and Miami face out-of-conference foes. Red-hot ECU visits the Wolfpack while a Texas A&M; team that looked woeful against Arkansas State hosts the Hurricanes..

After a clean 8-0 slate in his attempt last year Tim Crothers went all-chalk with his picks in Week One. He finished 6-2 to give the celebrity pickers a solid start.

This week's celebrity will try to keep it going. In her campaign for Student Body President J.J. Raynor stressed the importance of ownership community and transparency. She also has big plans for arts advocacy and diversity at UNC. What remains to be seen whether she has a deep understanding of college football.

Her statistics will continue the combined effort by the celebrities to out-pick the DTH and SportSaturday staff.
