North Carolina suffered its fourth ACC loss Sunday night at the hands of Virginia. The Tar Heels were felled by a 15-0 Virginia run at the start of the second half and never got back into the game, falling 60-76.
Sylven Landesberg torched the Tar Heels for 29 points, and Sammy Zeglinski added 17. Will Graves and Larry Drew tried to answer, with 15 points apiece, but it wasn't enough for the Tar Heels (13-8, 2-4 ACC) to come back on a surprising Cavalier team.
Ed Davis and Deon Thompson were virtually silent for much of the game. The two combined for just seven points in the first half.
