TO THE EDITOR:
Carolina Students for Life would like to commend The Daily Tar Heel for publishing “Support system needed: University should provide ample pregnancy support to undergraduates and devise a ?exible policy,” April 9) and raising campus awareness about the lack of support for parenting undergraduates.
The current lack of support limits the choices available to pregnant students on our campus. CSFL is slated to bring Serrin Foster, president of Feminists for Life, next spring (April 6) to speak about this very issue.
We sincerely hope this editorial will be an impetus of change at UNC, and CSFL hopes to be a part of this change.
