A Chapel Hill man was arrested for misdemeanor possession of two grams of marijuana and a Durham County order for arrest at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday at 216 N. Roberson St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. Justin Eric Gattis, 45, was released from the magistrate under a written promise to appear in court, reports state.

Someone entered a residence and took an iPod between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and midnight Thursday at 206 W. Cameron Ave., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The iPod was worth $250, reports state.

Someone threatened and robbed another person of a $200 iPhone at 4:33 a.m. Thursday at 206 W. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone entered a silver 2002 Honda Odyssey and stole $47 in cash from a purse between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Tuesday at 401 Overland Drive, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone peeped into a window of an apartment in building D of Mill Creek Condominiums, located at 704 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
