Police log for April 28, 2010

Someone stole two rocking chairs worth $500 from a front porch between 1 a.m. and 12:02 p.m. Monday at 234 McCauley Street, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone stole seven cases of Bud Light and five cases of Corona worth $180 at about 1:45 p.m. Monday from the Food Lion at 1720 Fordham Blvd., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The beer was recovered, reports state.

A lacrosse ball broke a vehicle window between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday at East Chapel Hill High School, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone broke a car’s rear windshield between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday at 114 Stinson St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
