- A 29-year-old Chapel Hill man was charged for possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday at 723 Saluda Court, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Kirkland Stringer Walston was cited and released after being found with drug paraphernalia within his reach, reports state.
