- A 33-year-old Chapel Hill man was arrested for larceny of a credit card and fraudulently obtaining property at 5:25 a.m. Thursday at 302 E. Main St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. Torrey Wayne Perry was arrested on a warrant and was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond, reports state.
- Three Chapel Hill residents were arrested for shoplifting Wednesday at Walgreens, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Earl Joshua Flamer, 56, was charged with shoplifting a $7.49 bottle of wine at 12:58 p.m., reports state. John Arthur Holman, 64, was charged with shoplifting Neosporin and Band-Aids at 1:08 p.m., reports state.
Darlene Fearrington, 50, was charged with shoplifting a carton of eggs and a bottle of André champagne at 10:25 p.m., reports state.
- Someone broke the window of a White Honda Accord with a brick at 11:07 p.m. Wednesday at 314 Lindsay St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. Damage to the window was estimated at $150, reports state. The person also stole a computer worth $1,000, two backpacks worth $40 and $80 worth of clothing, reports state.
