  • Someone made unauthorized credit card purchases and stole jewelry from a house at 11:50 a.m. Sunday at 401 Colony Woods Drive, according to Chapel Hill police reports. The stolen jewelry was valued at $3,000, reports state.
  • Someone distracted a clerk and took scratch-off lottery tickets at 6:15 p.m. Sunday at 1501 E. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The tickets were valued at $.01, reports state.
