Carolina Performing Arts revealed its new season of performances this weekend.
Highlights of the season include the return of campus favorites Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis and banjoist Béla Fleck, as well as new performances from the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and the Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique, among others.
The season will also feature a variety of intimate alternative productions as part of the Loading Dock Season and five contemporary dance ensembles.
Season tickets will be available June 6, with single tickets for all performances for sale starting July 5. See www.carolinaperformingarts.org for more information.
