- Someone spray-painted a Porta-Potty and the foundation of a house at a construction site between 12:01 a.m. April 5 ad 9 a.m. April 6 at 1034 Highland Woods Road, according to Chapel Hill police reports. The incident was reported on 9:32 a.m. Monday, reports state. Damage to the Porta-Potty was valued at $50, and damage to the house foundation was valued at $500, reports state.
- Someone backed their 2007 Toyota into the wall of Pantana Bob’s at 3 p.m. Friday at 300 W. Rosemary St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. The incident was reported 9:51 a.m. Monday. Damage to the business was valued at $300, and damage to the vehicle was valued at $500, reports state.
- Someone left the scene after hitting a dog with his or her vehicle at about 9:03 p.m. Monday at 1301 E. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
- A 23-year-old Chapel Hill man was charged with being drunk and disruptive and panhandling near an ATM machine at 11:55 a.m. at 100 W. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Dah Dah was arrested after he panhandled aggressively and stopped traffic. He was taken to Orange County Jail in lieu of $300 secured bond, reports state.
