TO THE EDITOR:
As a member of the Morrison Community and Alert Carolina network, I must say I was surprised when Alert Carolina did not send me a text regarding the “perhaps” armed pair who robbed several Morrison residents.
That was, at least, until I found out they were let into the dorm by residents. Thank God, we’re saved! My fears subsided even more when I saw signs telling me to keep my room locked, because that was good advice.
I went straight to my home page, Alert Carolina, and checked to see what was going on. In fact, we all went on Alert Carolina and read it together while hiding under the bed with the lights off.
I hope they catch Williamson, who has been charged in the past with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, because he owes me back money on his NCAA bracket.
I asked other people about this issue and the funny thing was they did not really know about it. Evidently guys in suits bumping fists is more important on the DTH website. That’s journalism!
