The North Carolina men’s basketball program announced Thursday that Wilmington’s Hoggard High School point guard Stilman White has signed a National Letter of Intent to play at UNC.
As a senior, White earned first-team all-state honors and averaged 20.5 points and 3.0 assists per game.
White will join UNC for the 2011-12 season as Hoggard’s all-time leader in two statistical categories with 280 made free throws and a .381 3-point field goal percentage.
