Jazz musician Wynton Marsalis will play a concert tonight, presented by Carolina Performing Arts.
The New Orleans native will perform with his band, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.
Marsalis has won nine Grammys and was the first jazz composer to win the Pulitzer Prize in music.
He was also the first artist to win jazz and classical Grammy Awards in the same year.
The concert will be in Memorial Hall at 7:30 p.m. Student tickets are sold out for the performance.
