A UNC student was injured Monday morning in a Greensboro shooting involving four people, according to a press release by the Greensboro Police Department.
Police responded at approximately 7:55 a.m. Student Danielle Jameison was found in critical condition at 307 Mourning Dove Terrace, where the shooting took place.
Sandra Palmer, Jameison’s mother, and Palmer’s 14-year-old son, Maurice Edmonds II, were found dead inside the home.
Maurice Edmonds II’s father, Maurice Edmonds, sustained serious injuries during the incident. His medical condition has been upgraded to guarded, according to a press release.
Police are investigating the shooting as a domestic violence incident. A motive has not been indentified.
