TO THE EDITOR:
I’ve realized that my liberal arts professors have made a huge impact on my life.
Whether it be from grabbing coffee with them at the Global Cup Cafe (may it rest in peace) and talking to them about their latest democratizing adventure in the Middle East, joining other classmates in a meal at their home, helping them choose a name for their soon to arrive child or just listening to them talk about what they had for breakfast, these professors have meant so much to me during my time in college.
I have received as much or even more of an education outside of the classroom as I have inside and it’s because they care.
Through academic and emotional intelligence, my professors have helped mold and shape me into a young woman ready to change the world and I look forward to graduating with my liberal arts degree in May.
