Someone committed larceny at 204 McCauley St. between 9:40 a.m. and 10:06 a.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
The person disconnected and stole a heating and air conditioning unit valued at $2,500, reports state.

Someone broke into a vehicle and stole property at 703 Church St. between 3:23 p.m. and 5:23 p.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
The person stole a Lenovo laptop valued at $2,400, reports state.

Someone stole a purse and committed ATM fraud at 100 E. Franklin St. between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Reports state the person took the purse, valued at $15, from a table in a restaurant. The person also stole a digital camera valued at $300, a camera case valued at $20, $20 in cash, a credit card valued at $1 and keys valued at $205, reports state.

Someone vandalized property at 116 Shadowood Drive at 5:12 a.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
A woman kicked in a door, causing damage valued at $100, reports state.

Someone disturbed the peace at 310 W. Franklin St. at 10:39 p.m. Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
Police received a report of a possible fight or disturbance behind Mellow Mushroom, reports state.

Someone reported a suspicious vehicle at 100 Woodleaf Drive at 9:20 p.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
