Chapel Hill Police have arrested and charged a man for a series of break-ins in the Southern Village area that occurred early Wednesday morning.

Police have arrested and charged Caleb Hopkirk-Ridlen Hill with one felony count of attempted breaking or entering a building, three felony counts of larceny after breaking and entering, four felony counts of breaking and entering and five misdemeanor counts of injury to real property.

Hill was taken to Orange County jail and held under a $25,000 secured bond. He will first appear in court Friday.
