A power outage has shut down traffic lights at the intersections of 15-501 and Willow Drive and 15-501 and South Estes Drive, as well as the intersection of Burning Tree Drive and Raleigh Road, according to Chapel Hill police.
Officers are at the affected locations directing traffic as needed.
