After being ruled academically ineligible, North Carolina linebacker Tryell Tomlin is no longer enrolled at UNC, the University announced on Tuesday.
The sophomore, who is from Marietta, Ga., recorded four tackles in 10 games as a true freshman in 2014.
Tomlin entered fall training camp listed third on UNC's depth chart at his outside linebacker.
