The Chapel Hill Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday and left one person dead.
The victim, Edward Young III, 21, died at Duke Hospital in Durham from his injuries. He was shot at the Red Roof Inn at 5623 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. at 1:22 a.m. Sunday.
A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information that will lead to an arrest.
