• Someone reported a loud noise on the 200 block of South Elliott Road at 5:44 a.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

A street sweeper disturbed the person, reports state. 

• Someone reported larceny from a building at the Whole Foods at 81 S. Elliott Road at 11:22 a.m. Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person stole a cell phone, worth $600, at the grocery store, reports state. 

• Someone committed simple possession on the 200 block of South Estes Drive at 10:28 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person trespassed and possessed marijuana, reports state. 

• Someone possessed and concealed drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of Bluefield Road at 11:25 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person sped, drove without a license and possessed drugs, reports state. 

• Someone reported loud music and a party on the 400 block of East Rosemary Street at 2:08 a.m. Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person was yelling loudly on the porch, reports state. 

• Someone broke into and entered a residence with no force on the 400 block of Granville Road at 9 a.m. Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
