Police log for Feb. 21, 2017

• Someone reported loud music and a party on the 100 block of Ephesus Church Road at 5:04 a.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person was playing music too loudly, reports state. 

• Someone disturbed the peace and possessed drug paraphernalia at the McDonalds at 409 W. Franklin St. at 10:34 a.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person was yelling and cursing after trespassing inside the business while carrying a crack pipe, reports state. 

• Someone reported loud music on the 100 block of Stinson Street at 4:44 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone had an open container on the 400 block of West Franklin Street at 8:27 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person possessed an open container of malt beverage, reports state. 

• Someone reported loud music and a party on the 200 block of McCauley Street at 11:05 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone reported loud music and a party on the 400 block of Patterson Place at 11:18 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone reported loud music and a party on the 400 block of Church Street at 12:38 a.m. Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. 

• Someone reported damage to property on the 3000 block of Environ Way at 12:48 p.m. Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person reported a dent in the passenger door of a parked pickup, causing $100 in damage, reports state.
