Police log for Feb. 22, 2017

• Someone found property on the 1700 block of Legion Road at 4:25 p.m. Feb. 14, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person found a wallet and an assortment of credit, debit and identification cards, reports state.

• Someone reported damage to property on the 800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 8:03 p.m. Feb. 14, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Scratches were found on the Toyota vehicle, causing $200 in damage, reports state.

• Someone reported larceny on the 300 block of South Estes Drive at 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person stole a wallet, worth $10, with $117 of cash and credit and debit cards inside of it, reports state.

• Someone reported a suspicious person on the 800 block of Market Street at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone reported an argument and assault over an attempted larceny of a dog on the 600 block of Sykes Street at 4:18 p.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone reported the larceny of the tip jar at the Yogurt Pump at 1129 Weaver Dairy Road at 5:08 p.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone reported breaking and entering and larceny from a vehicle at 4:15 p.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Someone took a video game system valued at $379.96, reports state.
