• Someone reported fraud on the 600 block of Brookview Drive at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person sent fraudulent emails, reports state.

• Someone found property on the 100 block of Weaver Dairy Road and Erwin Road at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person found a collection of membership, identification and credit and debit cards, reports state.

• Someone lost property on the 400 block of West Franklin Street at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The person lost a key, reports state.

• Someone disturbed the peace on the 500 block of Edwards Drive at 1:33 p.m. Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

• Someone reported a neighbor dispute on the 100 block of Sprunt Street at 3:49 p.m. Monday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
