UNC alerted students to a robbery near Manning Drive that at occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m.. According to the University, the suspect assaulted a female and took cash from her. No weapons were involved.
The suspect was wearing a red jacket and jeans, and is a black male in his late thirties, around 6-foot-2 with a slim build and short hair. He fled the scene towards South Columbia Street.
