TO THE EDITOR:
I think it is appalling that our championship basketball team is not visiting the White House. It doesn’t matted what your political beliefs are, when you are invited to the White House...YOU GO!
More fans are upset over this than coach Williams and the administration obviously realize.
Coach Williams, ask yourself: WWDD, What Would Dean Do? He would go to the White House, which is what you should do.
After all our athletic program has been through lately, why would you not want to have some positive press for our team...don’t understand it.
All the B-S about not being able to coordinate a date does not flush, but it sure does float.
