  • Someone reported a suspicious person on the 300 block of Glade Street at 11:40 a.m. on Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The report states the suspect climbed on the victim's roof.

  • A larceny was reported on the 100 block of W. Franklin Street at 1:47 p.m. on Friday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The report states the suspect concealed sweatpants and a shirt from the store and walked out.

  • Someone reported a breaking and entering of a residence with force on the 100 block of Lancaster Drive at 10:55 p.m. on Saturday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The report states the suspect stole a TV worth $1,500, three laptops worth $4,500 total, a PlayStation 4 worth $400, a controller worth $60 and a virtual reality headset worth $200.

  • Vandalism was reported on the 100 block of S. Columbia Street at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

The report states the suspect threw a brick through the back window of the DKE fraternity and caused $200 worth of damage.
