Police are investigating a report that a male individual approached a female UNC student and exposed himself to her, according to an Alert Carolina email.
The incident occurred near Paul Green Theater Drive shortly before 1 p.m. on Friday. The student was unharmed and the suspect fled the scene. The police have searched the area, the email said.
Paul Green Theater Drive is located near Paul Green Theatre and Cobb Deck.
According to the email, the suspect was described as a Black male in his early 20s with short dreadlocks and wearing a dark hoodie and brown pants. No weapons were reported.
Anyone with information that might aid in the UNC Police investigation or anyone seeing suspicious activity should call 9-1-1.
