 Chapel Hill

  • Someone reported willful damage to property on the 300 block of West Franklin Street at 5:31 p.m. on Oct. 9, according to Chapel Hill Police reports. The report lists $600 of damage to the victim’s vehicle. 
  • A report was filed on Oct. 9 which claims someone was communicating threats on the 5000 block of Old Chapel Hill Road at 9:56 p.m., according to Chapel Hill Police Reports. The report states the suspect forcibly entered the premises and made threats toward the community. 
  • A UNC student was arrested on the 200 block of West Franklin Street for attempting to enter a bar using a fraudulent driver’s license at 2:58 a.m. on Oct. 13, according to Chapel Hill Police reports. 

Carrboro

  • Someone reported misdemeanor larceny on the 200 block of Lorraine Street at 3:40 p.m. on Oct. 9, according to Carrboro Police reports. The report states that a package was taken from the victim’s front porch.
