Carolina Brewery has been serving up signature burgers and brews in Chapel Hill for 25 years now – and DTH readers recognize that Carolina Brewery is the best of the best.
According to owner and fourth generation Tar Heel Robert Poitras, the brewery has used that time to dial into its brand and figure out what Chapel Hill loves.
Carolina Brewery offers a wide variety of beers that are hand-crafted with high-quality ingredients, strict quality standards and a dedicated brewing team. Poitras said the Carolina’s Finest award is another great testament to the way they prepare their beers.
“We’re happy to be an integral part of the Carolina community,” he said.
Carolina Brewery has certainly left its mark on Chapel Hill, but they’re now proud to take their high-quality craft to the next level. Their beers are available throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee.
“We’ve been very fortunate to win many national awards as well,” Poitras said.
Carolina Brewery has gained national recognition with medals from the nation’s premier beer competitions like the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) and World Beer Championships, something not many small breweries can boast.
