Having some trouble coming up with an ~amazing~ caption for your ~basic UNC insta pics~? Search no further! Here are some ideas to get you started, complete with examples and tips for creating the perfect (and very basic) post!
Some general rules before we start:
- Garnish with emojis and hashtags, such as #gdtbath #goheels #GAMEDAY #BeGreat #BeatDook (The last one applies to ANY picture. ANY.)
- Some reference to D.J. Khaled and MAJOR KEY ~insert key emoji~ is always the key to success
- Capitalization not needed (It makes you seem like you care...WHICH YOU DON'T. It's not like you spent hours planning this post or anything like that.)
- Any pic taken over break must have some reference to missing school, such as "okay I'm ready to go back now."
OKAY, LET'S GET STARTED!
Here's the iconic Bell Tower pic.
This is one of my favorite spots on campus, because it's not only extremely photogenic, but you can caption it with just about anything. Some ideas: "just another beautiful day in the hill" or "sweet Carolina"
Don't even lie, we know you went out in the snow with your homies, and the Old Well pic is a perfect way to warm up your Insta feed. At the start of the semester, you could caption something like "will drinking water from the OldWell get me sick? probably. will it get me a 4.0? worth a shot." Or during the semester you can say something like "so college."
Taking a suite pic? Saying "livin' the suite life" or "hey suities" are some SUITE options, amirite? Alternately, if you're taking a solo pic with your roommate, "roomie love" is always basic and brilliant.
HEEL YEAH it's a Game Day pic! If we're playing Duke, you could always go with "reppin' the better blue," and for any game day "#gdtbath" works well! Or if you're feeling hype you can even spell it out! "it's a GOOD DAY TO BE A TAR HEEELLLLLLL" or even "it's ~always~ a good day to be a tar heel."
Hope these help you fulfill your insta ~dreams~!!
