“Saturday Night Live” is infamous for going above and beyond to produce hilarious comedy bits featuring top notch musical performers. This past episode was truly spectacular thanks to an additional 22 minute “late-night party” video featuring Arcade Fire, a slew of comedians and even Bono!
The special opened with the band making their way from the “SNL” stage and leading a conga line to the Salsatheque club in Montreal. The band opened with “Night” and followed with “We Exist” and “Normal Person,” all new songs for the bands much anticipated album Reflector, which is set to be released Oct. 29.
Seriously this video out did its self. Not only is the music top notch, but guest appearances from Ben Stiller, Rainn Wilson, James Franco, Michael Cera, Aziz Ansari, Eric Wareheim, Bill Harder and Zach Galifianakis pushed it over the edge of greatness. Sound too good to be true? I assure you its not. Check it out below:
