When I asked Akilah if I could take her picture, she was a bit surprised that I wanted to because she didn’t think her outfit was anything special. Her outfit is so effortless and put together that it’s perfect for going to class everyday. She said she gets a lot of her inspiration from Forever 21 and from watching TV. Trend wise, Akilah said she likes the lace up combat boots trend that she along with many other people seem to be sporting this season.
