- The main “story” today is simply the craziness that is Atlanta weather and traffic right now. This wouldn’t normally be an issue for UNC athletics, but the men’s basketball team has an away game at Georgia Tech today and they’ve run into some travel issues, writes Senior Writer Brooke Pryor.

- ESPN’s C.L. Brown writes about how the team eventually made it to their hotel late last night, after taking a train and walking through the snow.
- In non-weather basketball news, Harold Gutmann of The Herald Sun talks about how Kennedy Meeks is starting to play a big role for the Tar Heels.
- Freshman tennis player Jamie Loeb was named ACC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week Tuesday. She didn’t lose a single match for UNC last week in singles or doubles.
- North Carolina wrestler Nathan Kraisser is starting to turn his season around, according to GoHeels.com.
