A pair of North Carolina men's basketball players received honors from the ACC on Sunday, as senior forward Brice Johnson was a unanimous selection for first team All-ACC and junior forward Isaiah Hicks was named the conference's Sixth Man of the Year.
Johnson, who is averaging 16.8 points and 10.8 rebounds per game in the regular season, was one of two players who was a first-team unanimous selection, joining Virginia guard and ACC Player of the Year Malcolm Brogdon.
Hicks, one of the most efficient offensive players in the country, is averaging 9.2 points and 4.5 rebounds in 18.1 minutes per game. He also shot 60.6 percent from the floor during the regular season.
Senior guard Marcus Paige and sophomore wing Justin Jackson were honorable mention selections, while sophomore guard Joel Berry finished sixth in Most Improved Player voting.
