ATLANTA — The North Carolina men’s basketball team left Chapel Hill Tuesday as snow began to fall before being greeted by even more snow and icy conditions after arriving in Atlanta to face Georgia Tech. Per ACC rules, the game was not cancelled or postponed given both teams and referees were on hand.
