BLACKMON NO LONGER CONSIDERING TAR HEELS
One of the class of 2014’s premier outside shooters and a North Carolina target, James Blackmon, Jr. (Marion; Marion, Ind.) took to Twitter on Thursday evening to give an update on his recruitment.
The 6-foot-4 sharpshooter tweeted a picture of the five schools he was still considering (see below), adding that his decision would be “coming soon.” Unsurprisingly, UNC was left off that top five list, which included Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan and Michigan State.
